Throughout October, Union Yoga is hosting donation-based classes to entice you to try something new for a good cause. Mid-day classes are better than an afternoon espresso to keep you fit and focused on the day in less than an hour! Funds raised through your donations will go toward Union Yoga's Teachers' Education Fund. Classes by donation are being held Mondays at 11:15am ("The Catalyst") and 12:15pm (Vinyasa Yoga) and on Wednesdays at 12:15pm (Vinyasa Yoga).

Throughout the month of October 2017, Jacks Monterey and Peter B's Brewpub will donate $1 per Pink Panther Lemon Drop purchased to the Breast Cancer Assistance Group of Monterey County. Stop by and try one! Both Jacks Monterey and Peter B's are located at Portola Hotel & Spa.

The Breast Cancer Awareness Group of Monterey County, an all-volunteer organization of breast cancer survivors, provides emergency need-based grants that help patients in active treatment with their basic living expenses.
