Slowfiber presents a class teaching you the next steps of knitting as you make a hat! You'll learn how to use a circular needle, DPNs, and work decreases from instructor Karin Forno. Class runs for four Saturdays, 4pm-5:30pm, 8/31 - 9/21. Fee is $80 - register here .

Begin at the beginning with the Slowfiber Book Club Sew Along, starting Thursday, July 11 at 6pm. If you can follow instructions, have some sewing experience, and are comfortable with your machine, join us on Zoom twice a month.

Slowfiber's Beginner Quilting Class, Part 2 starts on Friday, August 25, 1pm-3:30pm, and continues monthly through November. If you're new to quilting or just need some help with the minutiae of machine piecing then get in here!

This round of classes builds on the first semester of work at Slowfiber (February-May) but can be learned independent of the first semester. We'll teach a new six inch quilt block each class.
