July 4th Living History Day 2017 - Monterey State Historic Park

Memory Garden at Pacific House

Monterey State Historic Park Association presents July 4th Living History Day in the Memory Garden, located behind Pacific House Museum at Custom House Plaza. Volunteers dressed in historic costume will lead you back in time, demonstrating 19th century crafts and games for the whole family, 11am-3pm.

Golden State Theatre: Monterey County Pops Celebrates Freedom Concert 2017

Monterey County Pops!, a 40-piece professional orchestra, presents a free Independence Day concert at Golden State Theatre featuring favorite American popular and patriotic tunes. Seating is on a first-come, first-served basis, with doors opening at 6pm.

It's time for the Monterey Firefighters Charity Pancake Breakfast benefiting MY Museum ! Beginning at 7am there will be arts and crafts for the kids, a chance to meet your local firefighters, and a hearty breakfast featuring pancakes, eggs, sausage, coffee, and juice.
