Monterey Pacific Rotary Club invites you to come play Derby with us on Saturday, May 4, 2pm-5pm, at Monterey Moose Lodge. This afternoon of fun will raise funds to support the Rotary Club's many community service projects.

The $55 admission fee includes heavy appetizers and 10 tickets to pick the top finishers in the big race. We'll also have a cash bar (with mint juleps!), a silent auction, plenty of games, and contests for best women's hat and best dressed, all genders.

Monterey Peninsula LGBTQ+ Pride Celebration and Parade 2024

Monterey Peninsula Pride is thrilled our annual LGBTQ+ Pride Celebration and Parade will return to Downtown Old Monterey on Saturday, June 29.

The opening parade will begin at 11am, going down Alvarado Street from Pearl Street to Franklin Street. Then, at Custom House Plaza, 12pm-3pm, bring the whole family down to enjoy speakers and free entertainment for all ages plus local food trucks providing meals and refreshments and info tables from over 65 local agencies representing healthcare, wellness, non-profits, faith-based groups, and the arts.
