Cooper-Molera Adobe hosts Sacred Shower of Sound , a workshop by heart-centered sound alchemist ValiAnna , in the Skylight Room on Thursday, October 9 and 23, 10am-11am.

Through the blending of crystal bowl frequencies and voice, ValiAnna aims to help you shed what weighs you down and elevate you a higher state of relaxation.
