Echo In The Canyon celebrates the explosion of popular music that came out of LA's Laurel Canyon in the mid-60s as folk went electric and The Byrds, The Beach Boys, Buffalo Springfield and The Mamas and the Papas gave birth to the California Sound. Union Yoga is pleased to present a new Yoga Lab Class, an all-level, skillful approach to your practice taught by David Joshua Stickler and held three times a week (Tuesdays and Fridays, 12pm-1:15pm and Saturdays, 8am-9:15am).

David's strength lies in diving into poses, techniques, drills, and philosophy in ways that help us refine and deepen our regular yoga practice, whatever your level and experience. Yoga Lab has been developed to help you to refine the technique, breathwork, skill and depth within your own practice.

With years of experience studying under master teachers in India, David is able to provide as much skill guiding a brand new student, an injured student, or a practiced yogi at the same level of compassion and depth.
