Surrounded by the crystalline tones of alchemy singing bowls and other therapeutic instruments, you’ll be invited into a space of rest where the body can soften and the nervous system can unwind. This experience is completely supportive and accessible - no movement experience is required. Simply arrive in comfortable clothing and allow yourself to be held in sound.
