Cooper-Molera Adobe - A Historic Site of the National Trust for Historic Preservation

Join Tai Chi for Beginners on Mondays at 10am with Liana Olson, Senior Trainer with the Tai Chi for Health Institute. Held at Cooper-Molera Adobe either indoors or outdoors in the garden, weather permitting.

Stevenson House & Larkin House Open on Memorial Day

Stevenson House

On Memorial Day, May 25, Monterey State Historic Park will open the Stevenson House (530 Houston St.) and Larkin House (464 Calle Principal) for the holiday. The Stevenson House will be open 10am-1pm , while Larkin House will be open 1:30pm-4:30pm . (Note the staggered times!)

Admission to both houses will be free and staff will be on-site to answer questions and provide information about the buildings to visitors.

Monterey County Pops! Free Memorial Day Concert 2026

Colton Hall Lawn

Enjoy a free Memorial Day Concert for all ages on the lawn in front of Colton Hall and Monterey City Hall on Monday, May 25. Bring your lawn chairs and picnic snacks!

At 1pm, the Cypressaires Barbershop Chorus will start the show. At 2pm, the full 40-piece Monterey County Pops! orchestra , conducted and hosted by Dr. Carl Christensen, will play a selection of popular and patriotic music.

Pub Run with Fleet Feet and Fieldwork Brewing

Fleet Feet Monterey hosts a Pub Run every Monday at 6:00pm. We'll begin and end at Fieldwork Brewing Company. All paces, levels, distances, and abilities are welcome. Post-run, we can grab a beer together!
