Downtown Old Monterey's newest tattoo parlor, Red Rabbit Tattoo, featuring artists Angie Deveaux and Krista Nevares , are holding a Halloween Flash Day on Saturday, Oct. 25, 12pm - closing.

Designs will be 3-4 inches, black and gray or color, arms and legs only. $100 each. Designs will be released on the day of the event. DM on Instagram to book, or walk in.
