The staff of Om Studios is so excited to be back indoors with our students at 631 Cass Street, Suite B in Monterey! In addition to the indoor Pilates classes we're already offering, we'll open a limited schedule of yoga and barre classes beginning Monday April 26, 2021. We'll add to our schedule slowly based on the demand. Pre-registration is required for all classes - please sign up on our website.

For those not yet ready to return to classes inside the studio, don't worry! Outdoor and livestream classes are here to stay. View the schedule on our website.

Here are the safety measures you can expect when taking classes in-studio at Om:

*Our windows will be left open to ensure maximum airflow in our yoga room.

*We have added additional time between classes for the proper disinfection of our studio space. Every high touch point in the practice room and lobby/bathrooms will be disinfected with EPA registered, hospital-grade disinfectant every day.
Our studio is also professionally deep cleaned 2x week.

*Secure face masks that cover both the nose and mouth are required to be worn at all times inside the studio. Water breaks are fine on your mat, but if your mask needs to be removed for any other reason, please step outside.

*Hand sanitizer stations are available in the lobby and inside the studio.

*We will not be renting any mats or equipment except blocks, so be sure to bring your own props to class. We have new props and mats available for sale in our retail store if you forget.

*Pre-registration is required for all classes and the cutoff is 15 minutes before class starts. Should class sell out, we will have 3 waitlist spots available - our system will email you to let you know if a spot has opened up.

*To allow as many students as possible with limited capacity, we are strictly enforcing our cancellation policy to 4 hours before class starts or you will loose your class. Members will be charged a $15 fee.

*There is no late entry for students once class begins. Late arrival is considered a late cancellation and will be assessed a fee of $15.

*There are no hands-on adjustments and teachers will guide the class from their mat.
