But as you probably know, small businesses are really suffering during this coronavirus shutdown. City of Monterey - Resources for Employers and Employees

In light of the Covid-19 pandemic and Monterey County's shelter-in-place order, the City of Monterey has published a list of resources for employers and employees in English and in Spanish .

It includes information on unemployment insurance, disability insurance, paid sick leave, and paid family leave as well as local food banks, cash assistance for service workers and alcohol industry workers, free internet access, free video communication for K-12 students, and more.

Union Yoga is now offering daily streaming classes on Zoom! Check out the new schedule and new fees based on ability to pay. It's a great way to get centered to meet the challenges of the day. New members are welcome.

Code Ninjas Monterey Now Offering At-Home Livestream Coding Sessions for Kids

Are your kids housebound? Code Ninjas Monterey will keep them engaged, coding, and having fun through our new, at-home livestream coding sessions! Your kids will complete fun activities that put their ninja coding skills to the test and show off what they’ve learned by building video games kids love.

Monterey COVID-19 Mutual Aid Project and Old Capitol Books

Though Old Capitol Books is closed, we still want to help in our community. That's why we're volunteering with the Monterey COVID-19 Mutual Aid Project in coordination with Direct Action Monterey Network.

Teletherapy Available with ISGC of Monterey

At ISGC, we understand that watching the coronavirus pandemic unfold can be upsetting and alarming for you and your loved ones. Stephen Braveman, a licensed marriage and family therapist for over 30 years, is now offering teletherapy, a way to conduct therapy without leaving home.
