This 4th of July will be America's 250th birthday and the City of Monterey will be a joining in the celebrations. It's only fitting that the birthplace of the 31st and most populous state in the union would have a prominent role in the celebrations.
The Monterey 4th of July Parade will be live streamed by KSBW Channel 8 and also carried on C-SPAN as part of the nationwide America 250 celebrations. We're pleased to have local news anchors Erin Clark and Dan Green of KSBW join us to narrate the parade as our official parade marshals for such a momentous occasion.
