Venture Gallery presents the work of Maria Poroy, our featured artist for August, whose colorful, energetic new work is an expression of joy.
Maria writes, "A few years ago, at an Oprah-hosted Living Your Best Life Weekend, I was asked what made me happy. Without even thinking I answered, 'Painting out loud.' And I have been doing that ever since...This is happy art."
Venture Gallery is now open daily, 10am-6pm. Maria Poroy's artwork will be featured through August 2022. We invite you to meet the artist on Friday, August 5, 5pm-8pm, in the lobby of the Portola Hotel for a painting demonstration.
