This special tasting menu includes the 2014 Dog & Pony Pinot Noir (aged 24 months in 300 gallon bulk tanks with French Oak staves), 2013 Comanche Cellars Pinot Noir (aged 28 months in 50% new French Oak), 2012 Comanche Cellars Pinot Noir (aged 21 months in 50% new French and Hungarian Oak), and the 2011 Comanche Cellars Pinot Noir (aged 20 months in 50% new French Oak).
