Stress Less Yoga: Yoga and Your Nervous System at Union Yoga

Union Yoga presents Stress Less Yoga, a workshop on yoga and your nervous system led by Brett Scott on Saturday, March 14, 2pm-5pm. Fee is $30 in advance through March 7, $35 thereafter.
Yogic tradition and contemporary science meet to explore the intimate relationship between yoga practices and an evenly regulated, healthy nervous system. All are welcome. Those interested in cultivating more peace within their practice are particularly invited to attend. This workshop will focus on the wandering vagus nerve - how we understand it now, and how yoga tones it to support resilience.
