Traditional brunch dishes with a twist include house-made cinnamon roll with bourbon-vanilla icing; Ad Astra French toast with lemon-vanilla whipped cream and farmers market berries; bocadillo de gamba flash-fried wild Gulf prawns with tomato, garlic aioli, pickled onion, and cilantro crema; and a Company Breakfast with savory bread pudding, egg, Manchego house-made sausage, mushroom, green onion, and gravy.
