Union Yoga invites you to reset your mind, body, and breath in this meditation, gentle yoga, and pranayama class series, held 7am-7:45am on the first four Mondays in November. Taught over Zoom by Michael Simpson, Licensed Yoga Therapist.
Whether you are new to these practices or ready to recommit, this 45-minute Monday morning class series will offer various techniques and tools to reduce stress, improve respiration and breath awareness, and increase energy and vitality in the body and mind. Each class will build upon the previous week’s class to provide a strong foundation in developing your own personal wellness practice.
