About Envision Initiative

Envision Initiative's co-founders Nancy Scholink and Molly Lorenzi met in 2016 through a shared love of tennis and started collaborating professionally in early 2023 to brainstorm a workshop series providing HR and legal education for small to medium-sized businesses. This collaboration went so well that Nancy and Molly decided to formalize a business partnership, and Envision Initiative LLC came to life in June 2023.
