About Paper Lanterns
Paper Lanterns (2016) is a powerful documentary film directed by Barry Frechette. The film tells the inspiring true story of Shigeaki Mori, a Japanese atomic bomb survivor from Hiroshima, who dedicated his life to sharing the stories of twelve American prisoners of war (POWs) who were killed by that same bombing in 1945 so their lives and sacrifice would not be forgotten.
