Om Studios presents an Ecstatic Dance Workshop led by Jamie Oksas on Saturday, February 24, 6:30pm-8:30pm. Fee is $30. Please register on our website.

In this class, we will connect to our body and put our energy in motion through dance. Dance is a way to express and explore our inner landscapes by letting go to the rhythms of the music - it's a way to liberate our soul and to unlock more vitality in our day-to-day lives. There are no dance moves to get right, this is an open space to allow your body to lead.

A curated live DJ set will help encourage us to dance the tenderest parts of our selves as well as the playful parts and the wildest, primal parts.
