Date Night for Couples' Yoga at Om Studios

Om Studios presents a Date Night for Couples' Yoga on Thursday, January 26, 7pm-8:15pm. Fee is $45 per couple. Please register on the Om Studios website.

The class is all about joining your body with another in a way to release stored tension from our day and just play. Partner yoga is an extremely powerful tool for bringing people closer through positive communication, breath, laughter, and joy. This class will be guided by Jordan and Austin who met each-other through their yoga practice.

Jordan and Austin have led multiple couples' yoga classes where you get to experience postures with your partner that are amazing tools you can take back with you to relax together while getting a great stretch. It is doable for all levels of yogis and we will have time to connect afterwards with warm beverages.
