Compact Disco presents a night of eclectic disco music featuring DJ Julius Papp of San Francisco and Monterey's own Kenny Summit on Saturday, October 19. Free until 9pm, $20 after. Ages 21+ only.

About DJ Julius Papp

Julius Papp's dedication to music has propelled his career as a producer and DJ in the dance/club music scene. His dance music roots lie in Disco of the 70s and New Wave of the 80s, but he's known for blending Soul, Latin, Afro, Disco, Jazz, and Electronic sounds with such fluidity that it's difficult at times to put a defining stamp on his style.

About Compact Disco

A first-of-a-kind micro-club, Compact Disco has booked over 200 internationally known DJs since its opening in July of 2023, putting Monterey on the map as a burgeoning hot spot. The club is dedicated to preserving the rich history of Disco and House Music.
