Sound Bath Workshop at Om Studios

Om Studios presents a Crystal Bowl Sound Bath Workshop led by Laura Gallerstein on Thursday, August 11, 7pm-8:15pm. Enjoy a sacred sound bath to realign your body, mind, and soul. Advance registration required.

Laura will be using crystal sound bowls to guide you on a journey unlike others that nourish your nervous system. With over 700 hours certified in raja, hatha, and kundalini yoga, Laura has also trained with master teachers around the world in sound healing, yoga, reiki master, reconnection healing, intuition, Pilates, black belt in karate, and modern dance.
