Om Studios in Monterey presents a Full Moon Kundalini Yoga and Meditation Class with Paulina on Saturday, July 28, 6pm-7:30pm. Fee is $25. Please sign up online.
Join us for a special full moon and lunar eclipse Kundalini yoga class. Eclipse season can be quite a powerful time as we find ourselves more willing to take leaps of faith and on the brink of transformations. The lunar eclipse supports us in making internal changes that will assist us with the transformation upon us. All experience levels are welcome at the class!
