Don’t miss Round 1 of Montrio Bistro's Chef Duel Competition Series on October 3. Chef Fabrice Roux and Chef Tony Baker will be dueling it out in our Barrel Room, 6pm-9pm. They’ll be given one protein and four common ingredients and must cook a dish that’ll win over the judges. Folktale Winery and Hahn Winery will have the challenge of pairing one of their wines with each dish as well.
