Monterey Walk to End Alzheimer's

The Alzheimer's Association presents a Monterey Walk to End Alzheimer's on Saturday, October 11. The route for the walk is 2.6 miles, beginning at Custom House Plaza in Old Monterey and winding along the recreation trail to Monterey Bay Aquarium and back. The event will take place rain or shine.
Registration will begin at 8am. From 9am to 9:45am, there will be a Promise Flower Ceremony, a Zumba warm-up, and public greetings. The walk will begin at 10am. There will be free parking for participants in the City of Monterey West Garage (Franklin and Tyler) as well as a light breakfast. At Custom House Plaza, there will also be a sponsor expo, children's activities, and live entertainment.
There is no fee to register, but all participants are asked to help raise funds for The Alzheimer's Association, which furthers care, support, and research efforts. For more information and to register, please click here.
