Monterey History and Art Museum at Santon Center hosts Soapbox Stageworks' Summer Comedy Kickoff on Friday and Saturday, August 21 & 22 at 7pm and Sunday, August 23 at 2pm. Three hilarious short plays, one hour of nonstop laughs.

Two very different podcasters talk to ghosts, or at least attempt to. Spirits, signs, and a whole lot of skepticism collide in this otherworldly comedy.

First Date 2099
Dating in the future comes with rules, contracts, and fine print. Will true love survive the clauses? This futuristic farce will have you in stitches.

Make American Names Great Again (MANGA)
A laugh-out-loud look at a federal program where everything is up for review - including the most personal choices.
