Some of our Easter brunch favorites are Ad Astra French Toast with lemon-vanilla whipped cream and farmers market berries; Wagyu Bavette and Eggs with Wagyu steak, chimichurri, two pasture-raised eggs, home-style potatoes, and Ad Astra bread; Pulpo Frito with crispy Spanish octopus, chorizo, potatoes, milk aioli, and rosemary chili oil; and Bocadillo de Gamba with flashed fried wild Gulf prawns, tomato, garlic aioli, pickled onion, cilantro crema, Ad Astra hoagie bun, and choice of fruit or home-style potatoes.
