About Chef Paul Cosentino
Chef Paul Corsentino of Sea Stars Catering brings a decade of big-city experience to Monterey. Renowned for his coastal American cooking, he collaborates closely with local foragers, fishermen, and farms to create dishes that highlight the best of the region.
Most recently, Chef Corsentino was the Executive Chef at Saltwood and also The Sur House Restaurant at Ventana Big Sur, where he found a passion for local and foraged ingredients from Big Sur and the Monterey Bay as well as the Central Coast.
