Kids' Summer Reading Program Kick-Off with Monterey Public Library

This year’s Summer Reading Program at Monterey Public Library, "Read Beyond the Beaten Path" starts June 1 and runs through July 30. The next two months are filled with activities, programs, and prizes to keep children and teens engaged in learning thanks to the generous support of donors Richard Carr and Barbara Schilling.

Own Saturday, June 4, 11am-1pm, on Colton Hall Lawn, Monterey Public Library invites you to bring a blanket and a snack and join us for our free Summer Reading "Camp-Out" to kick-off the summer program. Details for the event remain mysterious, but we know it'll involve family fun, music, and...tents! And you can sign up for the free reading program.
