The Golden State Theatre is hosting a screening of Daniel Troia's award-winning film, We Are All In This Together, on Saturday, June 18 at 7:30pm. Tickets are free, but reservations are recommended. Doors open at 7pm. For more information and to purchase tickets, please click here.
Daniel Troia, a Monterey native, sets off on a cross-country bicycle journey with no food, no money, and in search of human connection. We Are All In This Together captures the interactions that he has with people who help him and shows that there is more that brings us together than what separates us.
Equipped with hidden camera glasses, a Gopro, and a drone, Daniel crosses the Great Basin Desert, gets chased by a tornado in Kansas, tries to outrun a snowstorm in the Rocky Mountains, and highlights the beauty of the people that he meets along the way.
We Are All In This Together has earned 18 awards at various film festivals across the United States, including “Best Picture” at the Hollywood Golden International Film Awards.
Admission to this event is free and cash donations will be accepted in support of Gathering for Women in Monterey. Daniel will hold a Q&A after the film.
