In honor of Monterey Beer Week, it's the Brewers and Baker's Collaboration Dinner featuring three restaurants, six beers, and one great evening, 6pm-10pm. Enjoy a four-course meal at three of Old Monterey’s best restaurants, each course carefully paired with a locally-brewed beer. There are only 40 seats available for this Monterey twist on a classic dine-around dinner. Tickets are $95 per person.
FIRST COURSE AT PETER B’S BREWPUB
Ale and fennel sausage stuffed chicken wings with lemon aioli
“BLT” featuring Bakers Bacon, organic butter lettuce, and heirloom tomatoes
Mini prawn tacos with a serrano vinaigrette
All paired with 40 Acre Pale Ale & Pacific Street Raspberry Wheat
SECOND COURSE AT ALVARADO STREET BREWERY
Hoisin braised short rib banh-mi with cilantro, pickled onion and cucumber, and steamed “spent grain” bun
Paired with Minesweeper IPA
Beer battered zucchini fries with wasabi aioli
Paired with Greenhorn Kolsch
THIRD COURSE AT MONTRIO BISTRO
Boudin noir stuffed pork tenderloin wrapped in Bakers Double Smoked Bacon
with smoked tea infused apple puree, shaved market asparagus, and crispy quinoa salad
Paired with Scotch Ale by Alvarado Street and Peter B's
MONTRIO DESSERT
Compressed strawberries, brie de meaux brulee,
balsamic-caramel, bitter-chocolate cookie
