Full Moon Mandarin Cuisine is now offering indoor dining, take-out, and delivery.

Full Moon serves authentic Szechuan style Chinese food for dine in, take-out, or delivery. Our flavors have been refined by our head chef’s 35 years of experience cooking in Chinese restaurants in China and California. Like many Chinese restaurants, ours is a family affair - we previously ran a couple of Chinese restaurants in the Los Angeles area before moving up the coast to Monterey.

Good food starts with good ingredients so it’s important for us to use the freshest produce and meats available to us. We buy locally-grown vegetables at the weekly Old Monterey Farmers' Market as much as possible. Some of the favorite dishes ordered by our regulars include Mongolian Beef, Kung Pao Chicken, Orange Chicken, Honey-Walnut Shrimp, and our Mu Shu Pork.
