Freedom Bakery is a second-generation family owned and operated bakery located nearby in Watsonville, specializing in cakes and desserts for all occasions. We are happy to have a boutique in Downtown Old Monterey, open Fri-Sun, 10am-1pm, for convenient pick-up of all your pre-orders and for free cake samplings.

At Freedom Bakery, we pride ourselves in using only the highest quality ingredients and providing great customer service. We are honored to have been serving our local communities since 1975.
