In 2003, a great idea was executed to start a humor publication in Monterey. From this humble beginning of distribution along Alvarado Street and surrounding areas, the paper has grown to cover all of Monterey County with 50,000 loyal readers. Foolish Times also travels well; we hear from visitors who take the paper home with them.
