Photos from the groundbreaking ceremony on November 3, 2014 for the two newest buildings in Old Monterey. Located on Alvarado Street and Tyler Street, this new construction project will replace the T.A. Work Building, destroyed by a fire in February 2007. It’s the beginning of the renaissance of Old Monterey!
