Monterey Car Week 2023 got rolling on Friday, August 11 in Downtown Monterey with a remarkable collection of historic race cars. These classic racers stopped by Alvarado St on their way to Laguna Seca to give the public a chance to get up close and personal with auto-racing history and talk to the owners of these vintage speedsters.
Next week, the cars that were featured in this show will take some laps at the Rolex Monterey Motorsports Reunion at WeatherTech Raceway Laguna Seca in a largely ceremonial race.
