Brews by the Bay: Fundraiser for Point Lobos Foundation

Cheers to beer lovers far and wide! The inaugural Brews By The Bay is set to quench your thirst for craft beer and community spirit on Saturday, October 12, 12:30pm-4:30pm at Custom House Plaza.

Join us for unlimited tastings of more than 50 exquisite homebrews 12:30-3:30pm plus delicious food, coffee, and live music until 4:30pm. Proceeds will benefit the Point Lobos Foundation.

Tickets

Tickets are $60 in advance, $70 at the door, and $20 for designated drivers. Purchase tickets here. Each ticket includes unlimited homebrew tastings 12:30pm-3:30pm and a souvenir Brews By The Bay pilsner glass.

Live Music by Blind Pass

Blind Pass is a local rock cover band that plays music from the 1970s through today. Their set list includes a lot of 90s / alt-rock music by Sublime, Green Day, Cake, Dave Matthews, Beastie Boys, Pearl Jam, and Weezer, and plenty of earlier popular tunes by greats such as Tom Petty, Dire Straits, ZZ Top, and the Rolling Stones.

About Point Lobos Foundation

The mission of the Point Point Foundation is to protect and nurture Point Lobos State Natural Reserve, to educate and inspire visitors to preserve its unique natural and cultural resources, and to strengthen the network of Carmel Area State Parks.

The Foundation funds the Point Lobos docent program, fills shortfalls in funding for trail maintenance and repair, funds the restoration of wildlife habitat, maintains the facilities at the Reserve, and funds school outreach, providing opportunities for underserved children to experience the outdoors.
