Pilates Monterey Grand Re-Opening Party - Meet Our New Owner!
This event has already passed
Pilates Monterey invites you to join us for a Grand Re-Opening Party on Saturday, March 14, 11am-1:30pm, for refreshments by Alta Bakery, a pop-up shop by Lululemon, raffles for free Pilates sessions, and to meet our new owner, Trudy McCrone, and other other wellness providers in our community.
Our wellness providers today will include: Dr. Stephanie Faddis, offering complimentary 24K gold auricular treatments (first come, first served); esthetician Katie Novak, providing 10 min LED light treatments on the face; and massage therapist Aly Kripal, offering 10 minute clothed massages.
At Pilates Monterey, the torch has been passed from Andrea Borgman-Quist to Trudy McCrone. Trudy is an NCPT Certified Pilates Teacher, and currently teaches Private Sessions and Circuit classes at the studio, as well as Circuit Grad classes for the Peninsula Pilates Project. In addition to the formal training program, Trudy has mentored under prominent local and San Francisco-based Pilates instructors and feels fortunate to have participated in the training program at Pilates Monterey.
Trudy became a Yoga Alliance certified yoga instructor in the fall of 2016. She believes Yoga teaches you to be in the present moment and challenges you to quiet the mind. She feels very fortunate to have training in both modalities, which helps her to provide her clients with a unique approach to achieving their fitness and/or wellness goals.
Please note: the non-profit Peninsula Pilates Project, still run by Andrea Borgman-Quist, will continue to operate out of the Pilates Monterey studio, providing free Pilates training to those affected by cancer and Parkinson's disease.
