Never tried Pilates before? No problem! Om Studio's knowledgeable instructors lead thoughtful, safe, and supportive reformer classes suited for all levels. Our class sizes are small and limited to 5 students, giving you more individualized instruction for a safer practice.

Our classes include:

Pilates Reformer Foundations: Foundations Reformer focuses on form and technique at a slower pace. Its a perfect introductory class for beginner students who want to build a strong foundation, but also great for students who wish to review Pilates fundamentals to insure accuracy and stability before moving toward more advanced work. Foundations Reformer applies a rehab-based approach to the Pilates Reformer work, making it a perfect class for those suffering from back pain, sports injuries, neuromuscular disorders, Parkinson's as well as the actively aging. 50 mins

Pilates Reformer Flow: Love a good vinyasa class? Us too! Yogis, this one's for you. This class focuses on staying centered by controlling every movement, supported by your core. Similar to a vinyasa class, you will flow from one movement to the next while paying close attention to the breath. If you are new to reformer workouts, please attend the foundations class prior to taking this class. 50 mins

Pilates Reformer Sculpt: This intermediate/advanced reformer class is a fusion of Pilates-based exercises and fitness drills to increase the intensity of your workout. You’ll make quick transitions between moves to keep your heart rate up. If you are new to reformer workouts, please attend the Foundations class prior to taking this class. Not appropriate for clients who are injured or pregnant. 50 mins

Pilates Reformer Jump: The combination of jumping (lying down) and strength exercises all on the reformer machine is a great low-impact cardio workout. This class was made to make you shake, sweat, and have fun! If you are new to reformer workouts, please attend the Foundations class prior to taking this class. Not appropriate for clients who are injured or pregnant. 50 mins
