Fleet Feet Monterey, American Cancer Society, and Mizuno are teaming up for our 2nd Annual Breast Cancer Awareness 5K Walk and Run - an untimed community walk and run for solidarity and support, beginning and ending at Fleet Feet Monterey. Please register here.

Monterey Museum of Art presents a Free Family Fun Day on Saturday, October 7, 11am-3pm. Drop by the Museum for a fun-filled afternoon art-making inspired by our fall exhibitions.

Featured art activities will include: nightscapes using oil pastels, light exploration in photography, and thangka mandalas using gold and colored paper.

Fieldwork Brewing Monterey invites you to join us and our friends at Animal Friends Rescue Project for a Barks and Brews Adoption Event on Saturday, October 7, 12pm-3pm. Grab a beer, chat with volunteers, and take home a pup! It'll be totally paw-some.

The Whisky Club is hosting Colby Frey, co-founder of Frey Ranch Farmers + Distillers in Nevada, for a fun and informational tasting and bottle signing, 12pm-2pm.

Venture Gallery invites you to meet local artist Nancy Olaeta in person on Saturday, October 7, 3pm-6pm. Drop by the gallery, view her new exhibit of scenes inspired by the Monterey Peninsula and Big Sur Coast, and speak with her about her work. Nancy's paintings will be featured at the gallery throughout the month of October.
