It's time for the Monterey Firefighters Charity Pancake Breakfast benefiting MY Museum on July 4, 7:30am-10:30am! There will be arts and crafts for the kids, a chance to meet your local firefighters, and a hearty breakfast featuring coffee, pancakes, eggs, sausage, fruit, and all the fixings. Tickets are $15 per person - reservations required.
Monterey's annual 4th of July Parade is returning to Downtown Old Monterey this year after a long pandemic haitus! A must-attend celebration that draws approximately 15,000 people to line the streets in and around Old Monterey, we invite you to join us and revel in the festive floats, patriotic displays, entertaining costumes, and musical bands.
The City of Monterey's Big 4th of July Celebration and Backyard Food Fest will be held on the historic grounds of Colton Hall, 11am-5pm. Featuring live music and food for sale by non-profit vendors, this is free, all-ages fun!
Monterey State Historic Park Association presents July 4th Living History Day in the Memory Garden, located behind Pacific House Museum at Custom House Plaza. The whole family can enjoy historic demonstrations and participate in 19th century games, rope-making, leather craft, and cooking, 11am-3pm.
