Ayurveda Workshop and Immersion Course at Om Studios

Have you always wanted to learn about integrative medicine and Ayurveda? Om Studios is offering a full-day workshop on the fundamentals of Ayurveda on Sunday, October 2, 4pm-6:30pm.Learn your unique dosha and get an all-levels yoga practice to energize and ground your body and mind. In addition to the workshop, you also have the option of registering for a full 8-day immersion course meeting October 3-9, 7am-8am, and Sunday, October 10, 5pm-6:45pm. The course will consist daily yoga and meditation and you'll receive a face-time or zoom consultation with Ayurveda Counselor Hannah Lonergan. Fee for immersion course is $250. Please register online.
