We are pleased to partner with Flowers Vineyards & Winery for our first wine dinner of 2020, offering a romantic evening curated by the culinary team at Portola Hotel & Spa. Reserve a seat inside The Club Room's elegantly appointed dining room for our wine dinner in Monterey, Ca on Thursday, February 13th at 6pm.

Daniel Williston, Chef de Cuisine and Chantal Forthun, Flowers Winemaker, collaborated to create a sophisticated, yet unpretentious food and wine pairing experience for the evening. Indulge in a wonderfully paired five-course pre-fixe dinner and a selection of Flowers wines. The menu for the evening includes:
