Portola Hotel & Spa presents a four-course dinner paired with Macallan scotch on Thursday, November 7, 6pm-9pm, in The Club Room. Price is $125 per person plus tax and gratuity. Reservations are required - please phone 831-649-7874.
Our host for the evening, Tom Tobar, Western Regional Manager for Edrington, will pour a selection of scotches perfectly paired to compliment each course prepared by Chef Daniel Williston and his team. The night will begin with a social and a glass of The Macallan Sherry Cask 12 Year.
