This Mother’s Day, show Mom how much she means to you with a delicious and decadent brunch. Executive Chef Gus Trejo at Esteban Restaurant presents an a la carte menu, created especially for the day, that highlights local, seasonal, and distinctive flavors from Monterey Bay and local farms. Start with a festive toast and enjoy a signature cocktail including Boss Anna, The Balestreri, and a Spanish Mule, or raise a glass at the Mimosa Bar with Spanish bubbles and a variety of juices.
Share the love with abundant appetizers including: salmon rillettes with Kennebec potato chips or an assortment of Spanish cheeses served with freshly baked bread and Happy Girl Kitchen membrillo. Relax and savor Chef’s amazing entrees. Highlights include: green eggs and ham, poached eggs, Serrano ham, spinach hollandaise on country bread, or a traditional American breakfast of eggs any style, bacon or sausage, potatoes, and toast. Chef remembers the kiddos with their own special menu. The sweet finish features citrus and coconut flan, tres leches, chocolate brulee with pumpkin spiced pecan praline, or an ice cream sampler.
