Union Yoga presents a a 2-part Yin yoga series entitled Yin: Nourishing the Winter Body taught by Ana Poirer on Sunday, February 3, 4:30pm-6pm and Sunday, March 3, 4:30pm-6pm. Fee is $25 for one session or $45 for both sessions. Register here.
Yin Yoga, which addresses deep interconnective tissue, provides a beautiful and vital opportunity to slow down. In this workshop, Ana will guide us through an immersion into yin practices designed for this deeply nourishing time of late winter.
In these two classes, you will enjoy specific practices that support the winter body and prepare you for spring. Yin practice and philosophy can yield profound results, enhance your energy and clarity, cultivate health of body and peace of mind. Ana draws from principles of Yin yoga, Ayurveda, holistic health, and rhythms of nature.

Ana Poirier is a Certified Holistic Nutrition Coach, yoga instructor, experienced natural foods chef, massage therapist, and Reiki practitioner. She is accredited by the American Association of Drugless Practitioners and is a graduate of the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, in New York City.
