Concert: Monterey Penisula Voices Goes to the Movies

Monterey Peninsula Voices is excited to perform a movie-themed concert for all ages at Monterey Conference Center on Saturday, May 12 at 7pm and Sunday, May 13 at 3pm. Tickets are $25 general admission, $20 for seniors, military, and students, and $15 for those age 12 and under. Purchase your tickets online today.
Monterey Peninsula Voices will sing an exciting selection of theme songs from movies and TV shows, ranging from Walt Disney to John Williams, drama to comedy, and real people to animated characters. While they sing, images will be projected to provide a visual experience for the program.
MPV is under the direction of Sean Boulware, a conductor, clinician, and vocalist. He has prepared choruses for conductors John Alexander, Keith Lockhart, and John Rutter, and for singers Josh Groban, Michael McDonald, and Tommy Simms. Appearing frequently at Carnegie Hall, Sean made his conducting debut at Lincoln Center in May 2010. He has conducted in Europe, Asia, and South America.
