Union Yoga Class: Vinyasa Level 1-2

Union Yoga presents a Vinyasa Level 1-2 Class taught by Gennica Cochran on Saturday mornings at 8am. Drop-ins are welcome! Please arrive at least 10 minutes before class begins to get settled and ensure we start and finish on time (earlier if you need to make a payment).
This class is for the new, the sore, the deep, the injured, the curious, or simply those on a specific schedule. This is a Level 1 class, but it really serves all levels of students as well as those who seek a way to prepare for Level 2 vinyasa classes. Expect a slower pace, props, introductions to alignment, demonstrations, and a building up towards full yoga poses. This is a great class for those new to yoga or who feel they're not flexible enough for yoga.
Gennica Chochran’s classes encourage students to explore their practice with intention, focus, and humility by combining breath awareness and skillful movement while also drawing on her love of the earth and cosmos. Each class features threads of inspiration cultivated by the wisdom of the seasons and cycles of the moon, creating a greater understanding of the truth of who we are: powerful, connected, intuitive beings.
