Union Yoga hosts a Mindful Spine Workshop taught by Conna-Lee Weinberg on October 21 and 22. In this workshop, we'll begin to learn how to “self direct” your spine and experience how it can, with ease, adjust your alignment from the inside out. Are you always protecting your Living Spine? Your spine is not at the mercy of superficial muscles, tendons, or fascia. It’s time to learn how your spine can willfully and consciously decide its own alignment! Begin to release all superficial muscles surrounding your spine, allowing your spine to undulate freely. Self directed movement of each vertebra is the only way to insure movement balanced with stability at each vertebral joint.
